    Hello,

    I am the Camp Director for a local non-profit organization called Camp Good Days and Special Times. We have offices in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Corning as well as a recreational camping facility on Keuka Lake in Branchport, NY. We offer camping programs and more for children and adults touched by cancer and other life challenges. All of our programs are provided free of charge.

    In 2007 we developed the concept for a program targeted toward young adults, age 18-29, who are dealing with cancer. We hosted an overnight retreat in June, with focus on informal networking and team building. In 2008 we are looking to grow this program, as we see the tremendous potential that it has to impact young survivors in our community. We are offering another retreat this coming June as well.

    I would love to be able to attend your conference on May 3rd and share some information about our organization and the retreat. Would it be possible for me to set up an information booth on that day?

    Also, I would be thrilled to be able to attend any meetings or other gatherings that you might have planned so that I can spread the word about our program.
